Manufacture

PEI 's provides manufacturing services both in-house and overseas. The Sutton facility incorporates a high quality fabrication and machiningy with a dedicated stainless and alloy steel fabrication area, for fabrications in several grades of stainless, hastealloy, titanium, Inconel and Duplex materials. Welding procedures are coded to ASME 1X and BS EN 288 with approved welding operators to ASME 1X and BS EN 287 undertaken under the auspices of in-house senior Welding Engineers. As part of a privately owned multi-discipline engineering group, PEI can call upon the additional resources of its' sister companies both in the UK and overseas.

Quality Assurance

PEI operates a fully developed Quality Assurance System to BS EN ISO 900, holds ASME 'U' and 'U2' code stamps and the quality accreditation for manufacturing vessels for China. The requirements are incorporated in the Quality Manuals and implemented through an extensive range of System and Procedure Manuals, Quality Control Procedures and other Procedures including Vendor Assessment Manual.
