From single units to major packages, PEI provide a one stop design, manufacturing and installation service to suit customers individual needs however complex. Vessels are constructed in an impressive range of materials which include Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steels, Stainless Steel, 3.5% Nickel, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Duplex and clad materials. If required, vessels can he assembled into modular units, skid mounted with piping, valves, instruments and supporting structures.
Process Design
PEIwork in conjunction with a number of major process houses either as the nominated fabricator or primary contractor on various processes which include the filtration and separation of oil, gas, water and sands and methanol recovery systems.
Special Vessels
When a specification demands a special vessel PEI has the expertise to offer a solution. Jacketed vessels, internally roll bonded and strip clad, refractory lined, glass flake lined, rubber lined or polished and insulated, in-house facilities and specialist contractors are in place to complete the task.
